In a disturbing audio clip on his weekly radio show on KYCA, a professor at Yavapai College in Prescott, AZ calls for illegal immigrants to be executed and their body party sold.
So what I would like to see happen is every time that we catch an illegal alien- every time there’s an arrest of an illegal alien, we should exercise a penalty equal to their share of that $400 billion dollars. Now, I’m not sure what real property they have that’s worth their share- divide 30 million by $400 billion- what do they have that’s worth that much? I don’t know, maybe we have a body part auction. Maybe we sell their kidneys. Maybe we sell their eyeballs. Maybe we sell their lungs. Maybe we do some type of auction like that. Maybe we make it a capital offense to be in the country illegally and we just execute people. Maybe we get everyone’s attention and say if you’re found to be in the country illegally, maybe we pass the equivalent of a new form of Kate’s Law, and tell people that if you’re in the country illegally, we’re not going to give you the opportunity to murder someone like Kate Steinle, we’re going to do just the opposite. If you’re in the country illegally, instead of having you perform chain migration- for every one illegal you bring in a hundred- we’re just going to execute you. But we clearly have to do something- and something radical- or we’re going to lose this country.
Dr. Terry Lovell is a professor of Business Administration at Yavapai College. He also hosts a daily radio show as “The Professor of Freedom,” with a wide range of far-right crank opinions on everything from climate change to the Clinton foundation. On 12-15-17, he crossed a line, calling for immigrants to be executed for being in the country illegally. Those of us living in Yavapai County have long known about this guy, but this was too far- even his own station probably thinks so, as they avoided putting this recording on the internet, or even providing a transcript.
What’s more, we can probably get this guy off the air. The station on which he hosts his show has just been purchased by...get this...the Cesar Chavez Foundation, which plans to expand their Network Campesina to educate farmworkers. Perhaps they would be interested to know what’s been heard on the airwaves they’re purchasing?

This may not be a call for imminent lawless behavior, but it is certainly hateful and dangerous incitement to (futher) violence against immigrants, and we have the ability to encourage the private & public entities involved here to stop this guy from continuing.
As the son of an immigrant, I take it personally every day that this guy gets to continue spewing his hatred on the radio. Please take a minute out to try to get him off the airwaves in my community.
